Modern Villa at the Gates of Ostuni

Beautiful individual spaces where you can travel with large family and friends yet still have your own facilities. A gorgeous shared pool and lots to do near by. Mariella was amazing, couldn't do enough for us and always responsive.

The house is welcoming, clean, equipped with all services. The owner is available for every need and living on the upper floor she can easily be reached for any problem. As there are three apartments that share the common spaces, it is also excellent for several families.

La casa è accogliente, pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi. La proprietaria è disponibile per ogni necessità ed abitando al piano superiore si può facilmente raggiungere per qualsiasi problema. Essendoci tre appartamenti che condividono gli spazi comuni e ottima anche per diversi nuclei famigliari.

Beautiful, clean home with a wonderful and responsive host! 3 separate apartments allowed for multiple families and privacy. The outdoor/pool area is beautiful and relaxing. 5 minute drive into Ostuni city center. Host provided numerous restaurant and activity recommendations prior to our arrival and responded within minutes whenever we reached out. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Lovely host, clean, beautiful, fantastic pool We had all three apartments. Some traffic noise, far from shop (must have car) otherwise aim high. Thank you for the time you dedicated to me.

Host incantevole, pulito, bello, piscina fantastica Avevamo tutti e tre gli appartamenti. Un po' di rumore del traffico, lontano dal negozio ( deve avere l'auto) altrimenti punta in alto. Grazie per il tempo che mi ha dedicato.

Our family came for a wedding and we ended up having more than 10 guests. The hosts were kind when the first of us arrived unexpectedly before check-in. They were friendly and open to offering suggestions on taxis, markets, etc. We loved the pool area and the way the villas were basically 3 independent apartments

great place with lots of space. There were 4 of us and we rented all 3 apartments which are located under the owners' house. I wish it was warmer so I could use the pool. Will have to come back in the summer sometime

Tenuta Marmorelle was the perfect property for our stay with three separate apartments. The property offers privacy and is still close to a grocery store and other points of interest. Buena is very helpful and responsive. Mariella was too and also provided recommendations for local restaurants etc. Our group was happy with our stay here. Thanks again Buena and Mariella!

A great place to stay for a group. Lots of sitting areas/ space and apartments were clean and comfortable! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing as a group. The pool is beautiful. There are a lot of cats around. Occasionally noise can be heard from the residence above. No restaurants/groceries within walking distance as the villa is out of town.

Un ottimo posto in cui stare per un gruppo. Tante aree salotto/ spazio e appartamenti erano puliti e confortevoli! L'area all'aperto era perfetta per rilassarsi in gruppo. La piscina è bellissima. Ci sono un sacco di gatti in giro. Di tanto in tanto si sente il rumore dalla residenza qui sopra. Nessun ristorante / alimentari a pochi passi in quanto la villa è fuori città.

Everything went well! Three divided apartments which are all located on the ground floor, the owners live in the other part of the villa. Advised!: )

È andato tutto bene! Tre appartamenti divisi che si trovano tutti al piano terra, nell'altra parte della villa vivono i proprietari. Consigliato!: )
