POSITION:
The beach of Capilungo is comprised of low lying, rocky ledges and crystal clear turquoise waters. It's a great location for those who enjoy snorkeling. The nearest sandy beach is located just a short drive away in Mancaversa. Right after Mancaversa is the natural preserve Punta Pizzo and the Baia Verde beaches of Gallipoli. Here beach goers can rent umbrellas, sun beds, and purchases snacks from the concession stand. In the opposite direction, visitors can reach the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni after about a 10 minute drive.
Built in 2017, the new villa is located on the Salento coast, just 800 meters from the sea. The use of local Apulian stone makes this structure quite recognizable. Guests will enjoy bright, colorful, and comfortable interiors with large, air-conditioned rooms. Outside guests will find a large private swimming pool to which a hydromassage tub has recently been added.

Beautiful villa, in a convenient location near the sea and a few km from the main services, excellent cleanliness and helpfulness of the owner.

We were here for a week, it was very pleasant, especially privacy which was important to us. Furthermore, the rooms and bathrooms were perfect and the pool was nice! Conclusion: we highly recommend it, especially for large families or with many friends!
We waren hier voor een week, het was heel aangenaam, zeker privacy wat voor ons belangrijk was. Verder waren de kamers en badkamers perfect en het zwembad was leuk! Conclusie: we raden het heel erg aan, zeker voor grote gezinnen of met veel vrienden!

Malaspina luxury home is a fantastic place to stay! The pool area is wonderful. The garden is also well kept, so the whole place is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the design is lovely. There were 3 king beds and 2 twin beds. There is air conditioning in every room, so if you are cold or hot you can make do. The place is quiet and private, no one disturbed us. It is truly a picturesque and luxurious home! You won't be disappointed!
La casa di lusso Malaspina è un posto fantastico in cui soggiornare! L'area della piscina è meravigliosa. Anche il giardino è ben tenuto, quindi l'intero posto è bellissimo. La cucina è ben attrezzata e il design è incantevole. C'erano 3 letti king size e 2 letti singoli. C'è l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza, quindi se sei freddo o caldo puoi metterti d'accordo. Il posto è tranquillo e riservato, nessuno ci ha disturbato. È veramente una pittoresca e lussuosa casa! Non rimarrai deluso!
