Large Villa with Private Pool and Direct Beach Access

Giuseppe was a very good host. He stayed up until 2: 30am to meet us as our flight was delayed by 5 hours. Also generally during the sty he was a very attentive and responsive host.
Overall the villa is great. It needs some updating in places but the pool is lovely and the cove in the sea is fantastic. The local area is very quiet but there is a supermarket only a short 3 min drive away.
I would recommend this villa highly to other families who are looking for a great stay in Sicily.
We also went on a great boat trip recommended by Giuseppe with Easyboat. The guys who run that are also lovely so again would recommend this as part of your stay.

We were a group of 13 people and we found our way around the accommodation very well. The host was very friendly and we were able to contact him if something didn't work, etc. A car is recommended to be mobile, as it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Catania. Shops are 20 minutes away on foot. The surroundings and the sea were breathtakingly beautiful!

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 13 Personen und wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr gut zurechtgefunden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und wir konnten ihn kontaktieren falls mal was nicht funktionierte etc. Empfehlenswert ist ein Auto, um mobil zu sein, da man doch ca. 20-30min hat bis nach Catania. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 20min zu Fuss entfernt. Die Umgebung und das Meer war atemberaubend schön!

We were 12 people here for our pre wedding celebration and I couldn't have asked for a better location and house. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and we had an amazing time. Stay here!

This very large house is located directly on the sea in a small development, huge private pool and garden. The house is very valuable, its age is already evident, but everything works. The landlord is very helpful and available at any time

Diese sehr große Haus liegt direkt am Meer in einer kleinen Siedlung, riesiger privater Pool und Garten. Das Haus ist sehr wertig, das Alter kennt man ihm bereits an, aber es funktioniert alles. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar

Cosa è piaciuto · The villa was absolutely amazing it had everything you needed the space the facilities we honestly couldn't knock anything about the villa it's self. It's a perfect family get away or a get away with a group. It's quite has its own private pool and a cove out the back for snorkels to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and clean with en-suites but the most outstanding points were definitely the views. Well worth the money

Such lovely sea views from every room. This was an instant mood booster for us. The villa is very spacious and accommodated 10 adults perfectly. We also enjoyed having a back gate leading to the sea.

We were three families: 6 adults and eight children. The house was perfect for us. We spent quality time at the pool, beach, kitchen, and backyard. Great Sicilian family retreat: -)
