Villa with Swimming Pool 300 meters from the Beach

Villa is beautiful, has all facilities for a longer stay.
We've enjoyed the pool and barbecue area.
Beach is less than 10min walk where you'll see crabs trying to run away from you (crabs come out after it gets dark). There is a bar and beach restaurant which had live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
I can't think of anything. This villa was the best value for money among multiple stays we've enjoyed in south Europe.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Giuseppe's villa. The house is large and comfortable. The swimming pool is large and superb, and the plants in the garden are magnificent. The house is located 300 m from the sea, 2 km from the shops of Donnalucata, and is an ideal place for beautiful discoveries less than an hour's drive: Ragusa, Modica, Syracusa, Noto, Scicli. The value for money is unbeatable. I highly recommend.

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans la villa de Giuseppe. La maison est grande et confortable. La piscine est grande et superbe, et les plantes du jardin sont magnifiques. La maison est située à 300 m de la mer, à 2 km des commerces de Donnalucata, et est un endroit idéal pour de belles découvertes à moins d'une heure de route: Ragusa, Modica, Syracusa, Noto, Scicli. We were 7 people staying at the villa. The children practically lived in the pool. Pool area nice and clean. Water perfect temperature. The pool is as big as it seems in the picture. Large enough for us adults to take a swim in. There is a very nice area outside to sit and eat. Quiet area. Beach and a few reastaurants within walking distance. The owner very nice and accomodating. We don't speak Italian and they didn't speak English but with google translate it worked out well. We had a great stay and would really recommend this house. We would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed for a week, the first of July. The place is very quiet and welcoming. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a large drinks fridge in the garden, right next to a huge table. The swimming pool was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the house, and had a great time visiting beautiful towns like Ragusa or Scicli.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, il primo di luglio. Il posto è molto tranquillo e accogliente. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e ben equipaggiata. C'è un grande frigorifero per le bevande in giardino, proprio accanto a un enorme tavolo. La piscina era eccellente. Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno nella casa, e ci siamo trovati molto bene visitando bellissime cittadine come Ragusa o Scicli.

The biggest success of the villa during our holiday in April was a very deep pool, very happy to be surrounded by children despite the low water temperature and a quiet neighborhood - we were alone on the beach.

we really enjoyed our stay in Playa Grande at Villa Montalbano.. Beautiful setting with large outdoor area and large deep pool. Host is really nice too and he always answered whenever we contacted him.
