Villa with Large Garden Near Gallipoli

We stayed as a group of friends for 10 days Marcello, the real host of the structure was really very helpful in responding to our every request or need. The area in which the house is located is excellent, central to places such as Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo above, Torre San Giovanni and Santa Maria di Leuca below.

Abbiamo soggiornato come gruppo di amici per 10 giorni Marcello, il vero host della struttura è stato veramente molto disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta o necessità. La zona in cui è sita la villetta è ottima, centrale rispetto a luoghi come Gallipoli e porto Cesareo in alto, Torre San Giovanni e Santa Maria di Leuca in basso.

Impeccable host and wonderful place! Swimming pool and private garden, beautiful and wonderfully kept apartment! We are a family of 6 people, 2 adults and 4 children, and we had a really good time! We will be back!!!

The owner and his wife of the Mancaversa house are truly delightful: welcoming, always available and attentive to the guests' needs. The house is well organized and supplied; very clean. An added value is the small garden and the swimming pool which make it even more welcoming and usable. Recommended

Marcello is a very pleasant host, who communicates quickly in case of questions during the stay. Always attentive, we were welcomed with drinks. The villa is spacious, the area is very quiet, the swimming pool is well appointed and the beautiful bay of Gallipoli is 15 minutes by car.

Marcello est un hôte très agréable, qui communique rapidement en cas de questions lors du séjour. Toujours attentionné, nous avons été accueillis avec des boissons. La villa est spacieuse, le coin est hyper calme, la piscine est bien aménagée et la belle baie de Gallipoli à 15 min de voiture.

We had a very good stay. Well-equipped, clean and maintained accommodation. We would just have liked to be warned in advance of the ban on sunscreen in the swimming pool to anticipate a solution for our child. This information could be added to the accommodation regulations. However, we recommend this accommodation located in a peaceful area.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement bien équipé, propre et entretenu. Nous aurions juste aimé être prévenus a l'avance de l'interdiction de la creme solaire dans la piscine pour anticiper une solution pour notre enfant. Cette info pourrait être ajoutée au règlement du logement. Néanmoins nous recommandons ce logement situé dans un quartier paisible.

It was a good holiday. The swimming pool and garden were super well-kept.

A great week with the family! In a peaceful setting, the house has everything you need for an excellent vacation. The swimming pool, the BBQ and the interior of the house allow you to live peacefully while being next to the sea and all amenities. Marcello welcomed us in a very friendly manner and took wonderful care of the pool. Very responsive to our messages, Marcello allowed us to fully enjoy the house. Great vacation!

Une belle semaine en famille! Dans un cadre paisible, la maison a tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances. La piscine, le BBQ et l'intérieur de la maison permettent de vivre paisiblement tout en étant à côté de la mer et de toutes les commodités. Marcello nous a accueilli de manière très sympa et s'est occupé à merveille de la piscine. Très réactif à nos messages, Marcello nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la maison. Super vacances!

Three-bedroom house with large dinning room, two bathrooms- one inside and one outside, very nice and equipped kitchen. Two air conditioning strategically placed to cool down the whole house. A long corridor on the side of the house where you could park at least three cars. A patio with a table for 6 near a good barbecue. Washing machine and outside shower for after sea/beach. The pool is very welcome for sunbathing also getting sunlight keeping the water warm until late at night. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the place. 30min drive to many wonderful beaches on both sides of Apulia - Adriatic Sea and Ionian Sea.
