The pool was great with several seating areas around it, comfortable house with all necessary facilities. Very friendly host who always gave tips. Nothing, maybe a tip: a cover to place the car under against the sun

Het zwembad was zalig met verschillende zithoekjes rondom, comfortabel huis met alle nodige faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die steeds tips gaf.

Beautiful outside area with lots of separate eating and relaxing areas. Lovely garden with fruit trees and a lot of biodiversity! We loved the little dragonflies flying around the pool which was perfect in the hot temperatures. House was comfortable and air conditioning great. Location was great for exploring nearby beaches. We had a great day kayaking in the caves. The village is only 10 mins walk away with a super pizzeria and a nice bar. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier host, Mimmo who was very responsive and helpful. A few wine glasses would be nice but not essential. 😁

We felt right at home in this magnificent house. Mimmo's welcome is warm with local products in a basket and water in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you need for cooking: utensils, condiments, oil... The rooms are bright with wardrobes to store things. There are numerous cleaning products and there is something to protect yourself from mosquitoes (repellents and mosquito nets on the windows). The land is large, quiet and the outside decor is very beautiful with flowers everywhere, furniture to enjoy every little corner. The infinity pool is superb and well looked after. Alas, we lacked time to use the proposed barbecue with wood and grills. I recommend this house 100%!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa in questa magnifica casa. L'accoglienza da parte di Mimmo è calorosa con prodotti locali in un cesto e acqua in frigorifero. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare: utensili, condimenti, olio... Le camere sono luminose con armadi per riporre le cose. I prodotti per la pulizia sono numerosi e c'è di che proteggersi dalle zanzare (repellenti e zanzariere alle finestre). Il terreno è grande, tranquillo e l'arredamento esterno è molto bello con fiori ovunque, mobili per godersi ogni piccolo angolo. La piscina a sfioro è superba e ben curata. Ahimè, ci è mancato il tempo per utilizzare il barbecue proposto con la legna e le griglie. Consiglio questa casa al 100%!

I can't speak highly enough about Mimmo's Villa. It was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed. And there was plenty to do a short driveway. Access to beaches and great restaurants at the end of the "heel". We will come back.

Mimmo the host was amazing. He communicated clearly from the start. When we arrived he showed us around and described everything in the property. The villa was spotless and had such a amazing feel to it. Was clean and tidy. The outside space was out of this world.. Different areas to chill out, the pool was beautiful. The small town is only a few minutes walk.. Where you can find the a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and bars. Would totally recommend staying at this villa

Excellent house, we had a great stay, very quiet, and with many services. The swimming pool is very pleasant. Mimmo is really very kind and gives excellent advice. Hoping that the white kitten is well, he followed our days in this house.

Ottima casa, abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, molto tranquillo, e con molti servizi. La piscina è molto piacevole. Mimmo è davvero molto gentile e dà degli ottimi consigli. Sperando che il gattino bianco stia bene, ha seguito le nostre giornate in questa casa.

We (2 adults & 2 kids - boys: 11 & 13 years) had a wonderful vacation! The accommodation was super clean and lovingly prepared with made beds and towel sets on each bed. A gift basket with regional products was waiting for us in the kitchen 😇. The pool is very beautiful and classy with the most modern brine system where you can do without the constant supply of chlorine without the water being salty 👍. Our host was very accommodating and friendly and also helped us out with problems with our rental car 😮‍💨🙏. In 15 minutes by car you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia (Maldives in Italy) where we went most often because it is simply brilliant 👌🏻 We would like to thank you very much for not missing anything and for having the best host in the world 🇮🇹☀️ Gracie Dear Mimmo, we were very happy to have you as our host! Wir (2 Erwachsene & 2 Kids- jungs: 11 &13 j. ) Hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet mit bezogenen Betten und Handtuch-Sets auf jedem Bett. Ein Präsentkorb mit regionalen Produkten wartete in der Küche auf uns 😇. Der Pool ist sehr schön und nobel mit modernsten solesystem wo auf die permanente chlorzufuhr verzichtet werden kann ohne das dass Wasser salzig ist 👍. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns auch aus der patsche bei Problemen mit unserem Mietwagen geholfen 😮‍💨🙏. In 15 min. Autofahrt kommt man zu einem der schönsten Strände Apulien ( Malediven Italiens) wo wir am häufigsten waren weil es einfach genial ist 👌🏻 Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich dafür das es uns an nichts gefehlt hat und wir den besten Gastgeber der Welt hatten 🇮🇹☀️ Gracie Lieber Mimmo, wir haben uns sehr gefreut dich als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! What we liked · The villa and the swimming pool far exceeded our expectations: spotlessly clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool is fantastic, infinity with hydromassage areas. Even the pizza oven and We loved the barbecue. Mimmo deserves a 10/10, a very kind, polite and non-intrusive host.
He took care of the maintenance of the pool very well and gave us numerous tips on places to visit and the best restaurants.
The sea is just a few minutes away by car, the beautiful beaches of Marina di Felloniche and San Gregorio.
I will gladly return.

What we didn't like · Having to leave the villa and the magnificent swimming pool.

Cosa è piaciuto · La villa e la piscina hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative: pulitissime, confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di relax. La piscina è fantastica, a sfioro con zone idromassaggio. Anche il forno per le pizze e il barbecue li abbiamo adorati. Un 10 e lode lo merita Mimmo, un host gentilissimo, educato e non invadente.
Si è occupato egregiamente della manutenzione della piscina e ci ha dati numerosi consigli sui posti da visitare e i ristoranti migliori.
Il mare dista pochi minuti d'auto, bellissime le spiagge di Marina di Felloniche e San Gregorio.
Ci ritornerò volentieri.

This holiday was unforgettable, Mimmo was so helpful and understanding, we arrived a little later, he totally understood and gave us clear instructions, was always helpful when we were looking for shops and the house, we don't need to talk about it Everything was glowing, it smelled so nice, we felt at home, always happy, thank you for everything. 🤞🏽

Dieser Urlaub war unvergesslich, Mimmo war so hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll, wir sind etwas später angekommen, er hat das total verstanden und uns eine klare Einweisung gegeben, war immer Hilfsbereit, wenn wir Läden gesucht haben und das Haus, darüber brauchen wir nicht reden, es hat alles geleuchtet, es hat so schön gerochen, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt, immer wieder gerne, danke für alles. 🤞🏽

Our stay was wonderful. The photos describe the place perfectly; Mimmo was flexible with check-in times and was always attentive to our needs. We had a problem with the water pump which was resolved in less than noon. Very kind and friendly, he made us feel at home. Excellent accommodation to spend at least a week of relaxation and disconnection. It has everything you might need. Small but welcoming town. Widely recommended. A thousand thanks!

The small but very charming town of Castrignano del Capo is in walking distance, other nice towns and beautiful beaches in short driving distance. Communication with Mimmo was super easy. He was very friendly and always trying to help us and recommend places. We would definitely go back there!
