A beautiful house which was absolutely spotless. The private pool was absolutely excellent and beautiful- really clean and perfectly maintained. The villa owners were incredibly hospitable and friendly. A great house, fabulous pool and close to many beautiful areas. The town of Marranos is 5 minutes drive and is lovely! I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing villa with everything you need, the hosts kindly offered wine, Prosecco, cake and basic fridge supplies too! There's a supermarket 5 minutes down the road and you're in the middle of all the sites Salento has to offer but definitely need a car. The hosts are also chefs and kindly agreed to cook in the villa for us a couple of nights as we had to dine in with a baby! And the food was plentiful and exceptional. We have an 8 month old and they provided a cot, high chair and baby play chair to help make our lives easier. A brilliant stay with friendly hosts that made our trip enjoyable.

At the beginning of May we spent a wonderful week in Sandra's Vila. Very nice people and a very well maintained and clean facility. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Air temperature 22 to 24 degrees, water 16 degrees, few people everywhere, delicious food... We enjoyed it to the fullest and will never go on a beach holiday in high season again. The holiday with Sandra was also a huge hit for my children, aged 5 and 7. They enjoyed jumping into the pool as soon as they got up in the morning. I can only warmly recommend your accommodation.

Anfang Mai verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in Sandra's Vila. Sehr nette Leute und eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Lufttemperatur 22 bis 24 Grad, Wasser 16 Grad, wenig Leute überall, leckeres Essen... Wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen und werden nie wieder Badeurlaub in der Hochsaison machen. Auch für meine Kinder, 5 und 7 Jahre alt, war der Urlaub bei Sandra ein Volltreffer. Sie haben es genossen, morgens gleich nach dem Aufstehen in den Pool zu springen. Ich kann ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful house with large fully fenced garden. A paradise for our dog. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us with an aperitif. Bella casa con ampio giardino completamente recintato. Un paradiso per il nostro cane. I padroni di casa sono stati molto cordiali e ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo. Nonostante la mancanza di italiano da parte nostra e la mancanza di inglese da parte nostra, la comunicazione ha funzionato benissimo con mani e piedi e traduttore di Google: ) Solo la posizione rende impossibile muoversi senza auto, ma se sei preparato per questo, trascorrerete splendide vacanze nell'accogliente casa. Volentieri di nuovo!

Beautiful villa in the countryside; an oasis of relaxation, equipped with every comfort. Stunning swimming pool and garden. Good location, close to Otranto and the best-known beaches in the region. The supermarket is 5 min by car and some good restaurants can be found in the nearby village Martano. The owners are very kind and helpful; excellent welcome upon arrival.

Bellissima villa in campagna; un'oasi di relax, dotata di ogni confort. Stupendi la piscina e il giardino. Buona posizione, vicino a Otranto e alle spiaggia più conosciute della regione. Il supermercato è a 5 min in auto e alcuni buoni ristoranti si trovano nel villaggio vicino Martano. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili; ottima l'accoglienza all'arrivo.

As a family (father, mother, 2 boys (16 and 14)), we spent superlative holidays in this beautiful villa. The house offers every comfort you need, such as: air conditioning in every room (urgently needed in summer), excellent coffee machine including capsules!, Washing machine. The garden is an idyllic little paradise and the swimming pool is a dream. What else to say? All my expectations were far exceeded and we were able to have a wonderful holiday in Salento. Furthermore, the house is not far from the sea. In 3 minutes by car you can reach a supermarket with excellent products and not far away there is a pharmacy where Züridütsch is also spoken. Everything is very simple and the residents are extremely helpful and nice The value for money from life is exceptional an espresso is between 1-2 euros (depending on the location) and a pizza (margherita) between 4-5 euros The kids loved it the cliffs jump. A visit to: Green Cave near Marina di Andrano, Poetry Cave near Torre dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea is recommended. Don't miss the cities of Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto. Last but not least, we would like to thank the owners Sandra and Damiano for their hospitality. It was very important to them that we had a nice holiday and we immediately became friends. The house has its price, but you get unforgettable and dream holidays!

Come famiglia (padre, madre, 2 ragazzi (16 e 14)), abbiamo trascorso vacanze superlative in questa bellissima villa. La casa offre ogni comfort di cui avete bisogno, come: aria condizionata in ogni stanza (necessaria urgente in estate), ottimo macchina del caffè capsule comprese!, Lavatrice. Il giardino è un piccolo paradiso idilliaco e la piscina è un sogno. Che altro dire? Tutte le mie aspettative sono state di gran lunga superate e abbiamo potuto trascorrere una splendida vacanza nel Salento. Inoltre, la casa non è lontana dal mare è. In 3 minuti di macchina si può raggiungere un supermercato con ottimi prodotti e non lontano c'è una farmacia dove si parla anche Züridütsch. Tutto è molto semplice e i residenti sono estremamente disponibili e bello Il rapporto qualità-prezzo dalla vita è eccezionale un espresso è compreso tra 1-2 euro (a seconda della posizione) e una pizza (margherita) tra 4-5 euro I ragazzi hanno adorato le scogliere saltare. Consigliata una visita a: Grotta Verde presso Marina di Andrano, Grotta della Poesia presso Torre dell'Orso e Sant'Andrea. Da non perdere le città di Lecce, Gallipoli e Otranto. Infine, ma non meno importante, vorremmo ringraziare i proprietari Sandra e Damiano per la loro ospitalità. Per loro era molto importante che avessimo una bella vacanza e siamo diventati subito amici. La casa ha il suo prezzo, ma si ottengono vacanze indimenticabili e da sogno!

The welcome from the owners was incredible (drinks, coffee/tea and aperitif with prosecco served upon our arrival). The villa is consistent with the photos, comfortable and the outdoor space with garden furniture, deckchair and swimming pool is very appreciable. Thanks for everything!

Magnificent house/property very well maintained in a quiet and relaxing location, close to all amenities. Ideal location for visiting the entire southern part of Puglia. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces are magnificent and very practical for spending pleasant moments of relaxation. A big thank you to the owners for their welcome, their generosity, their availability and their kindness. We had an excellent and unforgettable stay in this rental which we recommend with great pleasure.

This house was perfect for me and my family. The hosts were very kind and gave us a warm welcome! The house was clean and felt like home. The pool was great and the beaches were nearby for day trips. A great place to make new memories!

Villa Funny is a very nice accommodation. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Sandra was a gracious host and introduced us to Proseco and several homemade treats at check-in. She also made sure we had an adequate supply of juice and coffee. Having the washing machine available was definitely a bonus as we left for hotel stays for the next week and having a fresh supply of clothes was great. The pool is fantastic, unfortunately a little cool for our visit. One downside to renting is the dark living room - a front window would have let in a lot more light and made the place feel more open. I highly recommend Villa Funny.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The description of the property is very accurate and Sandra and Donato were very friendly and attentive hosts who resolved any minor issues that occurred very quickly and efficiently. The wide ranging welcome pack was most appreciated. The pool is extremely clean and a great size for swimming and there is plenty of shade in the front and back gardens for those days when it is very hot. The property is located on a large plot and is very private. As others have said a car is needed but it is well located for visiting interesting local places such as Otranto, Lecce and Gallipoli as well as a variety of beaches. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this villa.

The pool is big enough to swim in it and to the beach you drive only a few minutes by car. They are no neighbours next to you, so you can stay very private. The owner who checks you in and looks after you during your stay is so lovely and very considerate. Would recommend
