Villa Dolcevivere

Very beautiful, brand new house with a magnificent, very well maintained swimming pool. The exterior is large and really well appointed with several terrace areas in addition to the main terrace. Everything is completely fenced and private. Ideal for us with the dog. The interior is nicely appointed, clean, fully equipped and air-conditioned. The beds are comfortable too. We thank Mimmo, the owner, for his welcome, his availability and his kindness, who did everything to make our stay perfect! Ideally located near the main roads (which you cannot hear) and the sea, we highly recommend this house and we will return with pleasure! In our eyes, everything was perfect!

Très belle maison toute neuve avec une magnifique piscine très bien entretenue. L'extérieur est vaste et vraiment bien aménagé avec plusieurs coins terrasse en plus de la terrasse principale. Le tout est entièrement clôturé et privé. Idéal pour nous avec le chien. L'intérieur est joliment aménagé, propre, entièrement équipé et climatisé. Les lits sont confortables également. Nous remercions Mimmo, le propriétaire, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait! Idéalement située à proximité des routes principales (que l'on entend pas) et de la mer, nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir! A nos yeux, tout était parfait!

Our vacation in the accommodation was simply perfect! Everything was super clean and someone was available for us at any time. You definitely need a car, but then the accommodation is a perfect start for many excursions. I would come again and again. Thank you for everything: )

Unser Urlaub in der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Alles war super sauber und jederzeit war jemand erreichbar für uns. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, aber dann ist die Unterkunft ein perfekter Start für viele Ausflüge. Ich würde immer wieder kommen. Danke für alles: )

We really enjoyed the quiet and very spacious villa. Beautiful swimming pool with beds and nice places to sit and super clean. Excellent base to visit the tourist attractions. Great Restaurants on the sea within a few kilometers. The owner was very friendly and responded immediately if we had a question or wanted to report something. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wij hebben geweldig genoten, rustig gelegen en heel ruime villa. Schitterend zwembad met legbedden en leuke plekjes om tot te zitten en super schoon. Prima uitvalbasis om de toeristische trekpleisters te bezoeken. Geweldige Restaurants aan de zee binnen enkele kilometers. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde direct als wij een vraag hadden of wat wilde melden. Ik beveel dit onderkomen ten zeerste aan.

Our vacation was a dream. Mimmo the homeowner was incredibly friendly and showed us around the entire house. He was always available and got back to you immediately if you had any questions. The house and the property are surrounded by beautiful old olive trees. The garden with the many plants such as cacti/hibiscus/banana palm/palm trees and fig trees etc. Is beautiful and fits the overall look of the house. There are plenty of seating and relaxation options, as well as the pool for cooling off in between. The beach is about 2km away on foot and has many small bays. The house is in a very quiet location. Mimmo came twice a week and cleaned the pool in the morning and did garden work. He carried out this work early in the morning, while we were still asleep and didn't notice anything about it. We will definitely come back. A perfect vacation.

Unser Urlaub war ein Traum. Mimmo der Hausbesitzer war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns in das gesamte Haus eingewiesen. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sich sofort bei Fragen zurück gemeldet. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist umgeben von schönen alten Olivenbäumen. Der Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen wie Kakteen/Hibiskus/Bananenpalme/Palmen und Feigenbäumen usw. Ist wunderschön und passt zudem Gesamtbild des Hauses. Es gibt etliche Sitz und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten, sowie den Pool für die Abkühlung zwischen durch. Der Strand ist zu Fuß ca. 2km entfernt und hat viele kleine Buchten. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lagen. Mimmo kam 2 Mal die Woche und hat Morgens den Pool gereinigt und Gartenarbeiten erledigt. Er hat diese Arbeiten in der früh umgesetzt, in dieser Zeit haben wir noch geschlafen und haben überhaupt nichts davon mitbekommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Relaxing holiday, the villa is wonderful, fabulous swimming pool and the house is equipped with every comfort. The owner was very kind and very accommodating regarding check in and check out times. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house and the furnishings are exactly like the pictures. There is plenty of seating around the house, so you can enjoy the sun all around and find a different corner every evening for a glass of wine. The beds and mattresses are new and comfortable. The house was clean and the kitchen equipment was extensive and sufficient. We particularly liked that the pool area had a separate low area so our small children could also splash around. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Places worth seeing such as Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello or Monopoli can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes. Communication with the landlord was uncomplicated. A car is of course absolutely necessary. But you have a safe and beautiful place as a base camp for your vacation. Depending on the wind, you can hear the main street nearby, but that didn't bother us. We were very satisfied, including the particularly beautiful beaches

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Rund um das Haus gibt es jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten, so kann man rundum die Sonne genießen und jeden Abend eine andere Ecke für ein Glas Wein finden. Die Betten und Matratzen sind neu und bequem. Das Haus war sauber und die Küchenausstattung umfangreich und ausreichend. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass der Poolbereich einen abgetrennten niedrigen Bereich hat, so konnten auch unsere kleinen Kinder planschen. Die Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die sehenswerten Orte wie Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello oder Monopoli erreicht man in 30 bis 45 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Ein Auto ist natürlich zwingend notwendig. Aber dafür hat man einen sicheren und schönen Ort als Basislager für seinen Urlaub. Die naheliegende Hauptstraße hört man je nach Wind, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
