POSITION:
The seaside town of Mancaversa is rocky with small, intermittent cove-like sandy landings where people can easily enter the water or set up their umbrellas. The shallow water makes it easy for everyone to swim, including small children. About 1-2 km away there is the natural reserve Punto Pizzo with its Lido, or beach club, that marks the beginning of the stretch of beaches in Gallipoli known as Baia Verde. Here visitors have to the option to rent sun beds, umbrellas and purchases drinks and snacks from the concession stand. Alternatively, a 10-15 minute drive south will bring you to the beach of Torre San Giovanni in Ugento. Here beach goers have about 12km of sandy beach to spread out on.

Really perfect accommodation for a wonderful seaside holiday. Equipped with all comforts, impeccable cleanliness. The courtyard is large, shaded, our dog appreciated it very much. The location is very nice if you go in the height of the summer season, as out of season it is very deserted and with few open activities. Flavio was really kind and was able to give us lots of advice. Absolutely recommended accommodation.
Alloggio davvero Perfetto per farsi una splendida vacanza di mare. Dotato di tutti i confort, pulizia impeccabile. Il cortile è Grande, ombreggiato, il nostro cagnolino ha apprezzato tantissimo. La località molto carina se si va in piena stagione estiva, in quanto fuori stagione è molto deserta e con poche attività aperte. Flavio è stato davvero Gentile e ha saputo darci tanti consigli. Alloggio consigliato assolutamente.

The house is located in a strategic position for those wishing to visit different beaches every day. You sleep well, the area is quiet and there are no noises. Furthermore, the house is spacious both inside and out and very welcoming. The owner is helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the list of recommended clubs and beaches. Recommended!

Beautiful, functional house found spotlessly clean, linen and complete set of towels washed and packaged for each of the guests. Very comfortable bedrooms and kitchen with relative access to external spaces. Distance from the sea is also optimal for a walk or bike ride, a private and silent location that can be enjoyed even on cloudy or rainy days thanks to the heatable Jacuzzi and the associated comforts (outdoor table, deckchairs, swing, sitting area). Friendly and extremely helpful hosts, ready to intervene at the slightest problem and attentive to customer satisfaction. A great experience that I would recommend to anyone!
Casa bella, funzionale e trovata pulitissima, biancheria e set completo di asciugamani lavati e confezionati per ognuno degli ospiti. Camere e cucina con relativi accessi agli spazi esterni molto comodi. Distanza dal mare ottimale anche per un giro a piedi o in bici, location riservata e silenziosa godibile anche nei giorni di nuvolosità o pioggia grazie alla Jacuzzi riscaldabile e alle comodità annesse (tavolo esterno, sdraio, dondolo, salottino). Hosts cordiali e disponibilissimi, pronti ad intervenire alla minima problematica e attenti alla soddisfazione del cliente. Un'ottima esperienza che consiglierei a chiunque!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very good, very large terrace with hot tub and barbecue. Very quiet and lovely environment. Just 8 minutes drive from the most beautiful beach Lido Pizzo recommended by Flavio our host who gave us many good addresses! Excellent I recommend it!
Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno! L'alloggio è molto buono, terrazza molto grande con vasca idromassaggio e barbecue. Ambiente molto tranquillo e grazioso. A soli 8 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia più bella Lido Pizzo consigliato da Flavio il nostro host che ci ha dato tanti buoni indirizzi! Ottimo lo consiglio!

What they liked · The house is welcoming and functional. Despite the heat these days, thanks to the thermal coat, you can sleep peacefully inside. For the more demanding there are however 3 air conditioners!!! The location is convenient for visiting the surroundings and the wonderful beaches just a few minutes away by car. The outdoor spaces are well used and livable. There is a 2nd external bathroom, with shower, essential for when you return full of sand from the sea!
What we didn't like · The lack of a coffee machine... Only the good old moka is present, not appreciated by everyone.
Cosa è piaciuto · La casa e' accogliente e funzionale. Nonostante il caldo di questi giorni, grazie al cappotto termico, all'interno si dorme tranquillamente. Per i piu' esigenti ci sono comunque 3 climatizzatori!!! La posizione e' comoda per visitare i dintorni e le meravigliose spiagge a pochi minuti di macchina. Gli spazi esterni sono ben sfruttati e vivibili. E' presente un 2º bagno esterno, con doccia, fondamentale per quando si torna pieni di sabbia dal mare!
Cosa non è piaciuto · La mancanza di una macchina del caffe'… e' presente solo la cara e vecchia moka, non da tutti gradita.

Spent a week here in April 2022 as a family with 2 children. The house was comfortable for our stay and since it was a cool time of year, the hot tub was perfect. The power system can easily be overloaded, but we managed just fine and appreciated the air conditioning units as heaters in the evenings and the well-stocked laundry room. Flávio provided everything to get us started... Milk, water, croissants, crackers, washing up liquid, clothes and sponges, detergent, etc. Very useful! Our Italian is very basic, so we had a language barrier, but we found Flavio responsive and available when needed. Highly recommended
