Characteristic Villa with Private Pool in the Otranto Area

We concluded our two-week stay at Villa Enea this morning. One of those rare times when reality exceeds expectations. Beautiful villa, well-organised, well-kept external and internal spaces, pleasant to enjoy in company in total relaxation. Cosimo and Natascia's welcome was excellent, friendly and attentive to our needs. Great availability from all points of view. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will certainly keep this place in mind when we need to get away from the daily grind and enjoy a holiday moment in total privacy and tranquility, immersed in the warm atmosphere of Salento.

Abbiamo concluso questa mattina il nostro soggiorno di due settimane a Villa Enea. Una di quelle rare volte in cui la realtà supera l'aspettativa. Villa bellissima, spazi esterni e interni ben organizzati, curati, piacevoli da vivere in compagnia in totale relax. L'accoglienza di Cosimo e Natascia è stata ottima, cordiale e attenta ai nostri bisogni. Grande disponibilità sotto tutti i punti di vista. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza, sicuramente terremo a mente questo luogo quando avremo bisogno di staccare dal tran tran quotidiano e di viverci un momento di vacanza in totale privacy e tranquillità, immersi nella calda atmosfera del Salento.

Lovely holiday accommodation with a stunning pool, outdoor kitchen, lounge areas and very complete kitchen. As a family with 3 children, we had plenty to do in the area, as well as swimming in the private pool twice a day and a garden to relax in. The car required being able to reach nearby beaches, caves and towns. Thank you so much for your help and advice and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful family home. We really felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, all the activities in the area and of course the pool.

Delizioso alloggio per le vacanze con una splendida piscina, cucina all'aperto, aree salotto e cucina molto completa. Come famiglia con 3 bambini, avevamo molto da fare in zona, oltre a nuotare nella piscina privata due volte al giorno e un giardino per rilassarci. L'auto richiedeva di poter raggiungere le spiagge, le grotte e le città nelle vicinanze. Grazie mille per il vostro aiuto e i vostri consigli e per averci permesso di soggiornare nella vostra bellissima casa di famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pace e la tranquillità, tutte le attività della zona e, naturalmente, la piscina.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, vor allem der Garten hat uns mit seinen vielen Kräutern fasziniert. Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit vielen guten Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus ist ziemlich abgelegen. Aber mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar

We had a very good week during this rental. The place is ideal for visiting the region (Otranto, Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca or Gallipoli). Our host is very friendly and gives very good advice for typical restaurants in the area. He does what is necessary to make sure everything goes well. The house is well appointed on a large plot of land. The air conditioning is very pleasant even if a little wind makes it easier to withstand the heat of August.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine lors de cette location. L'endroit est idéal pour aller visiter la région (Otrante, Lecce, Santa Maria di Leuca ou Gallipoli). Notre hôte est très sympathique et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants typiques du coin. Il fait le nécessaire pour que tout se passe bien. La maison est bien aménagée sur un grand terrain. La climatisation est très agréable même si un petit vent permet de mieux supporter les grosses chaleurs du mois d'août.

We liked the pool, the gardens, the outdoor kitchen and the layout of the property (the separate units gave us additional privacy). The three internal and one external bathrooms were a plus. The villa was comfortable, quirky (in a good way), and the layout worked well for us (three generations of a family with one child). The owner, Cosimo, was very friendly (brought us local products to try) and was easy to contact. We will certainly return to Villa Enea if we return to this part of Puglia.
Due to the surrounding trees, the pool was in the shade for some of the time (but we were there late September/early October).

My husband, I and our 2 month old baby stayed in this magnificent villa in Salento and these two weeks were above our expectations! The villa is wonderful, tastefully renovated and surrounded by a well-kept garden with swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, prickly pears... The villa is in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Salento sun taking advantage of the swimming pool, but also the nearby marinas (Castro and Zinzulusa are just a few kilometers from the villa). Supermarkets and shops are easily reachable and in Poggiardo you can find pharmacies, bakeries, dairies (you can eat very well in Salento). The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and takes care of the property and the guests. Both the interior and exterior of the villa are spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped (there is also a washing machine).
We hope to be able to return to Villa Enea soon!

Io, mio marito e il nostro bimbo di 2 mesi abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica villa nel Salento e queste due settimane sono state al di sopra delle nostre aspettative! La villa e' stupenda, ristrutturata con gusto e circondata da un giardino con piscina molto curato, immerso fra ulivi, fichi, fichi d'india... La villa e' in una zona tranquillissima, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il sole del salento sfruttando la piscina, ma anche le vicine marine (Castro e la Zinzulusa distano pochi chilo metri dalla villa). Supermercati e negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili e a Poggiardo si possono trovare Farmacie, panifici, caseifici (nel salento si mangia benissimo). Il proprietario e' estremamente gentile e disponibile, e si prende cura della struttura e degli ospiti. Sia l'interno che l'esterno della villa sono pulitissimi, la cucina e' completamente equipaggiata (c'e'anche una lavatrice).
Speriamo di poter tornare presto a villa Enea!

Splendid villa surrounded by a large garden... The swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are the real added value. Cosimo is very kind and available to give you advice on restaurants and beaches.

Splendida villa circondata da un grande giardino.. La piscina e la cucina esterna sono il vero valore aggiunto. Cosimo è gentilissimo e disponibile a darti consigli su ristoranti e spiagge.

We ABSOLUTELY recommend VILLA ENEA.... We stayed overnight for a group of six guys for a week, the booking was made two days before our arrival and despite the little time to prepare everything, even though we were the first of the season to stay overnight there was no nothing missed.... Dear Mr. Upon our arrival, Cosimo welcomed us at one point and guided us until we arrived at the villa.... Bedrooms as beautiful as the photos, tools and appliances complete and functioning, comfort, clean and disinfected swimming pool which is checked by the owner daily.... Barbecue area, well-kept and clean garden with even spices for cooking, terrace with sofas, cave lit in the evening where you can dine... All truly enchanting.... But the highest vote really goes to Mr. Cosimo was available 24 hours a day, he sent us photos of events and places to visit, he gave us advice on beaches to see and restaurants to have lunch and dinner in and even one morning he left croissants and pasticciotti on the table for us to have breakfast... Really we have no words to thank him for everything he has done... Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts from the guys from Calabria ❤️ we will wait for you one day to be able to reciprocate everything you have done for us We will always carry you in our hearts ❣

Consigliamo ASSOLUTAMENTE VILLA ENEA.... Abbiamo pernottato un gruppo di sei ragazzi per una settimana, la prenotazione è stata fatta due giorni prima dal nostro arrivo e nonostante il poco tempo per preparare tutto, nonostante fossimo i primi della stagione a pernottarci non ci è mancato nulla.... Il Gent. Mo sig. Cosimo già al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti in un punto e guidati fino ad arrivare alla villa.... Camere da letto bellissime come le foto, utensileria ed elettrodomestici completi e funzionanti, comfort, piscina pulita e disinfettata è controllata dal proprietario quotidianamente.... Zona barbecue, giardino curato e pulito e con addirittura spezie per cucinare terrazza con divani, grotta illuminata di sera dove poter cenare.... Il tutto veramente incantevole.... Ma il voto più alto va veramente al sig. Cosimo disponibile h24, ci ha inviato foto sugli eventi e posti da poter visitare, ci ha dato consigli sulle spiagge da vedere e ristoranti dove pranzare e cenare e addirittura una mattina ci ha lasciato sul tavolo cornetti e pasticciotti per fare colazione.... Veramente non abbiamo parole per ringraziarlo di tutto quello che ha fatto... Grazie ancora di cuore dai ragazzi della Calabria ❤️ vi aspetteremo un giorno per poter ricambiare tutto ciò che avete fatto per noi Vi porteremo sempre nel nostro cuore ❣

Maison et piscine très agréable! Elle se situe au milieu des oliviers. Nombreux sites de visite à proximité. We had a very nice stay at Buena Onda... Beautiful house with a magnificent garden and pool. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Verry nice private place with no neighbours. Mino was very helpful and easy to contact. If we need a stay in the neighbourhood next time we choose for Buena Onda again!

We stayed at Villa Enea for 12 nights with our 2 kids aged 7 and 4. The accommodation was really beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, we loved having the outside kitchen & dining space. It is well placed for visiting some really special places in Puglia on both the Adriatic and Ionian coastlines but a car is absolutely essential. The nearest town (Poggiardo) is quiet but there are a few good restaurants & a nice market on a Wednesday morning. The villa owner Cosimo was very helpful & accommodating. Unfortunately our flights were delayed on the way to Italy which meant we didn't arrive until very late but he was there to welcome us & check us in. He even got us a few supplies in so we would have some breakfast the next day. I would say if going with kids to note that the 2 bedrooms are quite far apart & you have to go outside so if you have little ones that might not suit you. All in all a lovely holiday & would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful experience! Unfortunately we only stayed at Villa Enea for a few days, but we felt at home: the impeccable cleanliness, the elegant environment full of comforts for guests, the infinite friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Mino and Natasha... In short, We can't wait to return and hope to do so as soon as possible! Everything perfect! Super recommended!!!

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Enea solo pochi giorni, ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa: la pulizia ineccepibile, l'ambiente elegante e ricco di comfort per gli ospiti, l'infinita cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari Mino e Natasha... Insomma, non vediamo l'ora di tornare e speriamo di farlo il prima possibile! Tutto perfetto! Super consigliato!!!

We have just finished our splendid stay at Villa Enea hosted by Cosimo and Natascia and I want to leave a review of both the structure and the hosts. Hopefully you can use this as a reference for future marketing of the property.
The villa is a beautiful property and is even better than the photos online. Everything works great and the rooms are comfortable and very large. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay and allows you to cook great meals. The swimming pool is absolutely perfect with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to shelter from the sun. Built in a traditional style, the villa is located on a property that could be described as a park. Secured by an automatic gate, you can drive right up to the door, which makes carrying suitcases and shopping bags super easy. The outdoor kitchen and dining area are what you would imagine from a book. Equipped with everything including a very large barbeque for grilling local seafood. We had shrimp, sea bass and also grilled a fantastic Tomahawk steak from the local shops. The location is also great, very quiet and secluded but just a few minutes from all the necessary amenities. The nearest beach is less than 15 minutes away and in 30 minutes you can reach dozens of idyllic places.
If the property wasn't enough, the owner, Cosimo is nothing more than a model host. He welcomed us warmly and provided us with an in-depth orientation of the property and amenities along with recommendations on what to do, what to see and where to eat. After this orientation reached out almost daily with recommendations for daily activities and local events. Cosimo is proud of his property and of Salento and it shows. It is also extremely responsive and will take care of anything you might need.
Overall it's as good as it gets if you're looking for relaxation with the option to drive a few minutes to look for action
