Villa 350 meters from the Sea with Services Within Walking Distance

The contact with the owner's family was downright friendly. We were lucky enough to be there during the harvest of the small olive tree plantation and to be able to help. It was a lovely experience and was rewarded with a bottle of the best, home-harvested olive oil. The location of the house is great, very quiet and close to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the pool. All around a perfect vacation!

Der Kontakt mit der Familie der Eigentümer war geradezu herzlich nett. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir zur Ernte der kleinen Olivenbaumplantage dort waren und helfen durften. Das war eine schöne Erfahrung und wurde mit einer Flasche bestem und selbstgeernteten Olivenöl belohnt. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, sehr ruhig und strandnah. Wir haben besonders den Pool genossen. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub!

The villa is exactly as described. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

Stunning villa, complete furnishings, nothing was missing, excellent privacy, kind and helpful owners. We had a good time. Recommended for a family or 1/2 couples, we will be back!

We visited late May...... Very pleased to find that the was pool ready for us to use. Enjoyed the outside space during the day and although it was a little chilly in the evenings, due to the time of year, it was nice and warm inside the villa.

Spacious, clean house, equipped with everything you need (even pots and pans for group dinners) About twenty meters from the sea (even if you have to walk a little to dive in) With an outdoor space (olive grove) perfect for dogs (fenced, no bag hoppers)

Casa spaziosa, pulita, munita di tutto l'occorrente (anche di pentoloni per delle cene di gruppo) Ad una ventina di metri dal mare (anche se per immergersi bisogna spostarsi un pochino a piedi) Con un spazio esterno (uliveto) perfetto per i cani (recintato, no forasacchi)

The villa was well equipped and very clean. The highlight was obviously the swimming pool. This is cleaned regularly so that the terrace is always tidy. The property has a lovely spacious back area with olives, lemons and even figs. The sea can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

La villa era ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Il clou era ovviamente la piscina. Questo viene pulito regolarmente in modo che la terrazza sia sempre in ordine. La proprietà ha una bella spaziosa area sul retro con olive, limoni e persino fichi. Il mare è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 5 minuti.
