The house with pool is very nice and the location perfect for trips to various beautiful beaches and towns in the area. Maria Laura (contact person on site) is also a sweet lady who helps you well and with everything with questions and tips!

Het huis met zwembad is erg mooi en de locatie perfect voor uitstapjes naar diverse mooie stranden en stadjes in de omgeving.
Tevens is Maria Laura (contactpersoon ter plaatse) een lieve dame die je goed en met alles helpt bij vragen en tips!

The stay in Santa Maria del focallo was very nice and we had very good support from Maria Laura and Tiziana our hosts. The villa was very nice and the pool matched perfectly our needs with Children. The beach was also only a few 100 meters away. We also had cars which is needed at the location. Overall a very good vacation.

A stunning villa with swimming pool in a very quiet location a short walk from the beach and a small shop, bar restaurant. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from it all. Note: A car is a necessity for visiting tourist attractions and carrying out general tasks around the house, for example for recycling household waste. We were not prepared for this, but the agent was very responsive and arranged car rental for our party.

Nearby there is a restaurant called La Playa, and as it may not seem the best, the food is really tasty, and there you can find some basic groceries and great coffee: ) it is only 3 minutes walk from the villa. Noteworthy: there are two separate apartments with 2 entrances.

We enjoyed the property, which was well maintained and accommodated our group of 9 very comfortably. Check-in and communication with property manager were seamless.

The beach is really close by, the pool was warm, we were able to enjoy the sun beds, hammock, grill... Tiziana made our stay really comfortable, gave us good tips and was available when we had problems. Thank you. We'll come back.

The villa was so so beautiful! We booked it for a holiday with friends and our jaw dropped when we walked in, the space is set up wonderfully and offered a perfect base to explore the south east of sicily. The immediate area is a little rough and ready but once you're inside / travelling around it doesn't make a difference!

A large villa, well equipped and elegant. A well-kept garden with a swimming pool ready to dive in and enjoy at any time. Just 200 meters away you will find a beautiful sandy beach with clear, clean water. The hostess is always available, helpful and had many recommendations for amazing experiences nearby.

Una grande villa, ben attrezzata ed elegante. Un giardino ben curato con una piscina pronta per tuffarsi e divertirsi in qualsiasi momento. A soli 200 metri troverete una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa con acqua limpida e pulita. La padrona di casa è sempre disponibile, disponibile e ha avuto molti consigli per esperienze straordinarie nelle vicinanze.
