Wonderful Villa with Sea View in Santa Maria di Leuca

Property had a wonderful location and the rooftop deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening!

My husband and I stayed here, we gave ourselves a wedding anniversary present, the house is wonderful, spacious and well kept, the outdoor areas are wonderful places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, we had an aperitif on the terrace which was fabulous to say the least with the sea truly romantic behind it. But the strong point is the wonderful swimming pool which we really took full advantage of, no one sees you and no one disturbs you. To go and buy bread and everything you need to eat you always have to take the car because you are a little isolated but for us that was a real plus point, essentially a super relaxing holiday, absolutely worth doing again.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mio marito ci siamo fatti il regalo di anniversario di matrimonio, la casa è stupenda spaziosa e tenuta benissimo le aree esterne sono punti stupendi dove fare colazione, pranzare o cenare noi abbiamo fatto aperitivo sulla terrazza a dir poco favolosa con il mare alle spalle veramente romantico. Ma il punto forte è la meravigliosa piscina che abbiamo proprio sfruttato appieno, nessuno ti vede e nessuno ti disturba. Per andare a comprare pane e tutto quello che occorre per mangiare si deve sempre prendere l'auto perché si è un pò isolati ma per noi quello è stato proprio un punto a favore, in sostanza vacanza super rilassante, da rifare assolutamente.

Quiet and comfortable house, we had a pleasant stay, the swimming pool is a real plus.

Perfect stay, the house is magnificent with incredible views of the sea, especially from the roof of the house. The swimming pool is well maintained and really pleasant. The practical and spacious house. Alessandro who takes care of the house is very available. I will come back with great pleasure.

Séjour parfait, la maison est magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, surtout depuis le toit de la maison. La piscine est bien entretenue et vraiment agréable. La maison pratique et spacieuse. Alessandro qui s'occupe de la maison est très disponible. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Very nice spacipus property. There was a plumbing leak in oyr's first stay but it was resolved very quickly with a great response from the owner who had the plumber on site in 30 minutes on Sunday. Recommend the property and location for a relaxing break. You need a car, although you can walk to Leuca.

Our hosts were quick to respond and helped us both with booking boat trips, restaurant visits and a driver to drive us. All in all a really nice experience. The only thing to note is that 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement with a separate entrance. It's not possible to see it in the listing. A bit challenging with the children.

Communication with Caroline and Alessandro was on point and very responsive. WiFi worked well and there is plenty of room outside. Only downside we were surprised about was that one of 4 bedrooms was very small and not comparable to the others. Other than that - highly recommendable and we had a great stay!

The quality of the Villa was spectacular, the pool is big enough and deep, the sunbathing areas around the pool and on the roof were perfect. It was very private. With 7 adults we weren't in each others way and we all loved our stay. The host and the person who greeted us was superb and the cleanliness of the Villa when we arrived was excellent. I have no negatives and we hope to return again next year!
