Spacious and bright house, excellent location, very close to the pretty village of Scopello and close to the sea. The house is very functional and pleasant. The nearby Zingaro reserve is superb. However, a dishwasher would be desirable as well as a little maintenance regarding household appliances and electricity. The bathroom in the annex room requires renovation. The private road that leads to the creek should also be maintained. The proximity to the road is really not a problem because there is a gate that closes well and the windows are of good quality so no noise at night. The swimming pool is very pleasant as is the covered terrace. We had a great family vacation.
Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, excellente localisation, tout proche du joli village de Scopello et à proximité immédiate de la mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable. La réserve de Zingaro toute proche est superbe. Cependant, un lave vaisselle serait souhaitable ainsi qu'un peu d'entretien concernant les appareils électroménagers et l'électricité. La salle de bain de la chambre annexe nécessite une rénovation. Il faudrait également entretenir le chemin privé qui mène à la crique. La proximité de la route n'est vraiment pas gênante car il y a un portail qui ferme bien et les vitres sont de bonne qualité donc aucun bruit la nuit. La piscine est très agréable tout comme la terrasse couverte. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille.
