We had a great time staying at this beautiful villa. it was immaculate and one of those rare occasions when the property turned out to be even better than the photos (which were already pretty amazing!) we loved it! incredibly quiet and peaceful and well appointed. emanuele was really laid back and easy to contact and prompt to reply. we took our time driving down to the villa from the airport in bari so ended up being nearly 3 hours later arriving than we had originally planned - but that was no problem for him. the area is very tranquil and peaceful. it was off season, so the town of torre vado was very quiet and some businesses had closed for the off-season. the sea is about 1.5 miles down the hill and the town about 2 miles from the villa - so you need a car to get around while you stay here. but it was perfect for a chilled out getaway which is what we wanted. thanks very much emanuele!

La casa offre ogni comfort e abbastanza spazio e abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. supermercati e panifici sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto. la spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in auto. davanti a ogni finestra e porta ci sono zanzariere che devono essere chiuse perché la sera le zanzare hanno sete. erano disponibili asciugamani, mandorle da bagno, biancheria da letto e un pacchetto iniziale di carta igienica e acqua. luogo ideale per prendere abbastanza sole anche in ottobre.

The house offers every comfort and enough space and we really enjoyed our stay. supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in a few minutes by car. the beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In front of every window and door there are mosquito nets that must be closed because mosquitoes are thirsty in the evening. towels, bath almonds, bed linen and a starter pack of toilet paper and water were available. ideal place to get enough sun even in October.

The house was very lovely but we had a number of issues with the electrical system. we were woken up two nights with alarms and we didn't know how to turn them off. the groundskeeper was very good and came and helped when we called but there are multiple fuse boxes and no documentation regarding the problems or how to resolve them. also, one day the water just went off. it was resolved but the property is new and has some glitches and needs a manual to help people resolve issues when they arise. the area is very nice. with a little more info i would recommend staying here.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto. la casa ha tre splendide camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno, tutte perfettamente arredate. l'unico problema che potresti avere è scegliere quello in cui vuoi soggiornare perché tutti e tre sono assolutamente magici. il trullo, che può ospitare anche due persone e ha il suo bagno, è un enorme bonus. è stato restaurato in modo impeccabile senza badare a spese. abbiamo trascorso molte serate godendoci delle cene sul bellissimo tavolo da pranzo del patio, che può ospitare otto persone. dalla casa abbiamo visitato gallipoli, otranto, lecce, sm leuca, castro e molte delle famose spiagge di entrambi i lati. abbiamo apprezzato anche la bellissima piscina con sedie a sdraio molto confortevoli. la cucina è ben attrezzata e ogni camera dispone di tv moderne. l'area esterna ha lavatrice, bagno esterno e doccia. mimo il custode si prendeva cura ogni giorno del bellissimo giardino e degli uliveti ed era in grado di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda avessimo. siamo così tristi di andarcene e speriamo di tornarci presto!

It has been impeccably restored with no expense spared. we spent many evenings enjoying dinners on the beautiful patio dining table, which seats eight. from the house we visited gallipoli, otranto, lecce, sm leuca, castro and many of the famous beaches on both sides. we also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool with very comfortable lounge chairs. the kitchen is well equipped and each room has modern TVs. the outdoor area has a washing machine, external bathroom and shower. mimo the caretaker took care of the beautiful garden and olive groves every day and was able to answer any questions we had. we are so sad to leave and hope to return soon!

This is a beautiful new villa, well appointed with an additional room in a separate building that was originally the old farmhouse. perfect arrangement for a family staying with grandparents. the pool was excellent and kept very clean. there is some sightseeing in the area like leuca (world's end) and gallipoli but this is mainly good for a relaxing holiday by the pool with trips to the beach. good for young children. emanuele the host is very helpful and responsive. there are a few good restaurants like el capitano and jordans pizzeria. for a superb meal we recommend il bastione while visiting gallipoli. there are convenient shops close by in morciano including a lovely pasticceria. all this with the good weather generally in the summer this makes for an excellent relaxing holiday.

Che casa adorabile. emanuele è un host fantastico. quando gli abbiamo chiesto qualcosa è stato risolto subito: abbiamo chiesto delle biciclette e lui le ha fornite. la zona - si trova a circa 25 minuti a piedi dalla città locale, che andava bene; 8 minuti in bicicletta. ci sono 3 ristoranti a morciano e al capitano genovese sono di prima classe. anche la pizzeria jordan è molto, molto buona. torre vado non era niente di speciale ma leuca è incantevole. gallipoli, otranto e lecce meritano sicuramente una visita.
