Distante dall’abitato, in zona estremamente tranquilla e rilassante, immersa nel verde e a pochi passi dal mare (scoglio con pochi accessi comodi, ma è presente una struttura attrezzata con lettini e servizi). posizione comunque vicina a tutte le spiagge e tutti i servizi (alimentari e ristoranti). spazi esterni (condivisi con altro appartamento) ben attrezzati e una bella piscina (circa 10x6 in buona parte profonda oltre 2 mt., quindi non adatta a chi non sa nuotare), condivisi con un altro appartamento. piacevole il barbecue, peccato fosse inutilizzabile in quanto sprovvisto degli alari ! cortese e disponibile la persona che ci ha accolto. consigliabile per 4 persone ancorché provvisto anche di 2 divani letto purtroppo però la casa, potenzialmente bella, è mortificata dalla scarsissima manutenzione e cura, per nulla giustificabile con il fine stagione a meta settembre. l’elenco è lungo pur con rilevanze diverse. in bagno lo scarico doccia mal funzionante – porta in vetro scorrevole mancante e sostituita con una tenda – maniglia della finestra rotta e quindi non possibile chiuderla bene - mancanza asciugamani da doccia (solo asciugamani di misura media). cucina solamente 3 tazze per colazione e 4 bicchieri per acqua. spazioso e nuovo il frigo con freezer camere : arredo in parte datato e poco funzionale. solamente un comodino e una sola abatjour per i 4 (comodi) letti. televisore non funzionante (poi subito sistemato). serratura di una delle porte di accesso non funzionante. gli aspetti positivi sono gli spazi esterni ben attrezzati con una bella piscina (non adatta però a bambini o chi non sa nuotare) e la posizione, a pochi passi dal mare, distante dall’abitato, estremamente tranquilla e rilassante. piacevole il barbecue, peccato sia inutilizzabile in quanto sprovvisto degli alari !!! cortese e disponibile la persona che ci ha accolto. purtroppo però la casa, potenzialmente molto bella, è mortificata dalla scarsissima manutenzione e cura, per nulla giustificabile con il fine stagione. l’elenco è lungo pur con rilevanze diverse. bagno : scarico doccia mal funzionante – uno dei due soffioni intasato – porta in vetro scorrevole mancante e sostituita con una tenda (poco igienica) – due piastrelle rotte – non possibile chiudere bene la finestra perché la maniglia è rotta - mancanza asciugamani da doccia (solo asciugamani di misura media) – uno dei due porta spazzolini/sapone rotto e mancante. cucina solamente 3 tazze per colazione e 4 bicchieri per acqua. spazioso e nuovo il frigo con freezer camere : arredo in parte datato e poco funzionale. solamente un comodino e una sola abatjour per i 4 letti. comodi i letti. la serratura di uno degli accessi è rotta e quindi non possibile la chiusura. televisione non funzionante (sistemata successivamente).

Away from the town, in an extremely quiet and relaxing area, surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the sea (rock with few convenient accesses, but there is a structure equipped with sunbeds and services). location still close to all the beaches and all services (food and restaurants). well-equipped outdoor spaces (shared with another apartment) and a beautiful swimming pool (approximately 10x6, mostly over 2 meters deep, therefore not suitable for those who cannot swim), shared with another apartment. The barbecue was pleasant, too bad it was unusable as it didn't have the andirons! The person who welcomed us was courteous and helpful. recommended for 4 people even though it is also equipped with 2 sofa beds, unfortunately the house, potentially beautiful, is mortified by the very poor maintenance and care, not at all justifiable with the end of the season in mid-September. the list is long although with different relevance. in the bathroom the shower drain does not work properly - sliding glass door missing and replaced with a curtain - window handle broken and therefore not possible to close it properly - lack of shower towels (only medium sized towels). only cooks 3 cups for breakfast and 4 glasses for water. the fridge with freezer is spacious and new. Rooms: furniture is partly dated and not very functional. only a bedside table and a single lamp for the 4 (comfortable) beds. TV not working (then immediately fixed). lock on one of the access doors not working. the positive aspects are the well-equipped outdoor spaces with a beautiful swimming pool (but not suitable for children or those who cannot swim) and the location, a few steps from the sea, away from the town, extremely quiet and relaxing. The barbecue was pleasant, too bad it's unusable as it doesn't have the andirons!!! The person who welcomed us was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, however, the house, potentially very beautiful, is mortified by the very poor maintenance and care, which is not at all justifiable given the end of the season. the list is long although with different relevance. bathroom: poorly functioning shower drain - one of the two shower heads clogged - sliding glass door missing and replaced with a curtain (unhygienic) - two broken tiles - unable to close the window properly because the handle is broken - lack of shower towels (only medium sized towels) – one of the two toothbrush/soap holders broken and missing. only cooks 3 cups for breakfast and 4 glasses for water. the fridge with freezer is spacious and new. Rooms: furniture is partly dated and not very functional. only one bedside table and one lamp for the 4 beds. the beds were comfortable. the lock on one of the entrances is broken and therefore closing is not possible. television not working (fixed later).

Piccolo complesso molto carino con solo 2 appartamenti e una piscina in comune, mobili da esterno molto ben attrezzati che invitano al relax. davvero pigro. un po' fuori dal villaggio.che non ci fossero materiali di base. nonostante la cucina, niente detersivo per piatti, niente spugna, canovaccio, carta igienica. accordi con il supermercato locale? dico male.
