Un ottimo posto per una vacanza da sognoottima vista dalla mattina dalla finestra della camera da letto, splendido giardino e piscina, vicinanza al mare. colazione giornaliera su una terrazza molto grande. eravamo alloggiati in una villa con 3 camere da letto e due bagni - ampie camere da letto ideali per due famiglie con 4 bambini insieme. la piscina è condivisa tra due ville, ma eravamo soli per gran parte della vacanza 😍. consiglio vivamente questo posto. ci dispiaceva andarcene.sarebbe ancora meglio se la piscina fosse riscaldata o se ci fosse un parco giochi nelle vicinanze, ma senza di essa sarebbe stato meraviglioso. l'unica cosa che ci ha sconvolto sono state le zanzare e la mancanza di un bollitore;).

A great place for a dream holiday, excellent view from the morning from the bedroom window, beautiful garden and swimming pool, proximity to the sea. daily breakfast on a very large terrace. we were accommodated in a 3 bedroom, two bathroom villa - large bedrooms ideal for two families with 4 children together. the pool is shared between two villas, but we were alone for most of the holiday 😍. I highly recommend this place. we were sorry to leave.it would be even better if the pool was heated or if there was a playground nearby, but without it it would have been wonderful. the only thing that upset us were the mosquitoes and the lack of a kettle;).

La casa è ben posizionata, a 2 minuti dal mare (costa rocciosa), qui si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti. tuttavia, l'interno non è così bello, come mostrato nelle foto - tutto è in qualche modo qualcosa verranzt. per noi che non ha avuto alcun effetto sulla vacanza, visto che eravamo fuori tutto il tempo. coloro che apprezzano i buoni letti dovrebbero ridurre le loro richieste - i letti erano molto duri o cedevoli. il manager - dario - era molto gentile, ma parla solo italiano e francese. inglese: nessuna indicazione. se si confronta questa sistemazione con gli altri, questo è ancora ok ... si deve impostare tuttavia nessuno standard tedesco (... è chiaro comunque ;-)). potrei prenotare di nuovo l'alloggio? probabilmente perché ci sono delle belle spiagge nella zona ... ma ci andrei con aspettative molto inferiori.

However, the interior is not as nice as shown in the photos - everything is somehow something verranzt. for us that had no effect on the holiday, as we were out all the time. those who appreciate good beds should reduce their requests - the beds were very hard or saggy. the manager - dario - was very kind, but only speaks italian and french. English: no indication. if you compare this accommodation with others, this is still ok ... it must set however no German standard (... it is clear anyway ;-)). Could I book the accommodation again? probably because there are some nice beaches in the area...but I would go there with much lower expectations.

We had a very good time at dario’s house. big clean pool you can jump in everything. huge area for being outside under the roof, perfect to hide from sun or rain. place for barbecue. location is perfect, maybe a bit hard to find the first time. very beautiful nature, not too many people and other touristic stuff. but - with some minutes you are at 2-4 nice beaches. to gallipoli old town maybe 30min. highly recommended, especially in the pre-season! thanks again :)

Bella casa vicino al mare nel sud della pugliaquesta villa vicino al villaggio di marina di mancaversa è situata in una splendida posizione a 100 metri a piedi dal bar sulla spiaggia cotriero (spiaggia rocciosa). la spiaggia di sabbia lido pizzo dista circa 1km dalla casa. la casa è spaziosa e ha un bellissimo bagno nuovo (diverso dalla foto attuale). a nostro avviso, la cucina è un po 'essenziale per una casa così bella (niente lavastoviglie, porta della cucina allentata). l'aria condizionata è un must e vale la pena spendere dieci sterline al giorno! la privacy di questo cottage all'esterno è migliore di quella del fratellino con cui condividi la piscina. il giardino, la piscina e la capanna sono incantevoli, solo la piscina avrebbe dovuto essere nuovamente passata l'aspirapolvere, perché negli ultimi due giorni c'era un po 'di sabbia sul fondo della piscina. la comunicazione è stata un po 'difficile per noi perché il simpatico proprietario parla solo italiano e francese, ma con mani e piedi e google traduttore puoi fare molto. la casa è piacevolmente isolata, ma se volete veramente pace / tranquillità al 100% è meglio scegliere qualcos'altro perché la musica del cotriero o della villa dei vicini (non con cui si condivide la piscina) dà un piacevole rumore (per noi, a proposito, nessun problema ).

The sandy beach Lido Pizzo is about 1km from the house. the house is spacious and has a beautiful new bathroom (different from the current photo). in our opinion, the kitchen is a bit basic for such a beautiful house (no dishwasher, loose kitchen door). Air conditioning is a must and worth spending a tenner a day on! The privacy of this cottage outside is better than that of the little brother you share the pool with. the garden, pool and cabana are lovely, only the pool should have been vacuumed again, because for the last two days there was some sand at the bottom of the pool. communication was a bit difficult for us because the friendly owner only speaks Italian and French, but with hands and feet and google translator you can do a lot. the house is pleasantly isolated, but if you really want 100% peace / tranquility it is better to choose something else because the music from the cotriero or from the neighbors' villa (not with whom you share the swimming pool) gives a pleasant noise (for us, by the way, no problem).
