L'alloggio è come descritto. la cucina è ben attrezzata, con il necessario per cucinare senza dover riacquistare tutto a nuovo. dal sale ai prodotti per la tavola, passando per il caffè, l'olio, la carta per la casa, ecc... l'essenziale è lì! quindi molto apprezzabile. peccato per i bicchieri di vino di plastica. la casa è molto piacevole in cui soggiornare. diverse terrazze esterne permettono di ripararsi dal vento o dal sole per mangiare, sempre in una bella atmosfera. la biancheria da letto va bene ma forse meriterebbe un po' di novità, come pure la cabina doccia dell'annesso. la vista per le colazioni di fronte al mare è semplicemente pazzesca! il giardino è bello e molto ben curato. l'area piscina è molto bella. abbiamo trascorso davvero in 7 un ottimo soggiorno in questa casa.

The accommodation is as described. the kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to cook without having to buy everything again. from salt to table products, including coffee, oil, household paper, etc... the essentials are there! therefore very appreciable. shame about the plastic wine glasses. the house is very pleasant to stay in. several external terraces allow you to shelter from the wind or sun to eat, always in a beautiful atmosphere. the bed linen is fine but perhaps deserves a little something new, as does the shower cabin in the annex. the view for breakfasts facing the sea is simply crazy! the garden is beautiful and very well cared for. the pool area is very nice. 7 of us really had a great stay in this house.

Gabriella was a fabulous host! she was kind and responsive to all our questions! she went out of her way to help us book a great local restaurant- such a fun night! the place is beautiful and in a peaceful spot. the house was decorated beautifully and was so much fun to stay with our group. would recommend having a car if staying here as a short drive to terrasini, beaches, palermo airport etc. thank you for having us and making our stay so special !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole nella casa di gabriella, nonostante alcuni piccoli inconvenienti al nostro arrivo. ma gabriella è stata molto reattiva nel risolvere il problema dell'acqua calda e del cancello. la sua casa è superba, i vari terrazzini intorno sono tanti piccoli angoli carini che invitano a sognare ad occhi aperti con una vista mozzafiato sul mare.vi consigliamo questo posto magico.

Thank you gabriella. such a lovely, rustic house in a stunning location. beautiful garden and pool. we loved our evenings cooking pizza in the pizza oven, drinking wine overlooking the sea, watching the sunset. it’s a little out of terrasini and the roads are busy so would definitely get a car if you want to leave the house and explore. great location for days in palermo and zíngaro nature reserve.

This house is very authentic and has the most amazing view, and a nice pool area too. we enjoyed having it as our base to visit the north/westcoast of sicily, in a rental car.we enjoyed our stay very much. we loved the autencity of the house. it could do with better madresses and a couple of wine glases - sicily being a wine country. but a part from that it was what we hoped for 👍🏻 gabriella and her daugther were very nice when we met them and checked in. so it was a shame with the miscommunication before we came regarding extra cost for sheets if we wanted to use the 3 bedrooms. also having to go to the community center with the trash our selves at 6.30 am before we left for the airport also seemed a bit pointless, when the garbage truch would come and emty the bins later. but it is small things compared to the lovely week that we had 😊 we love sicily ❤️ and the villa and the view!

Ddas haus hat einen traumhaften blick aufs meer, ist gut ausgestattet und hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen schönen urlaub braucht. die vermieterin ist gut erreichbar bei fragen und spricht auch englisch. bei der schlüsselübergabe zu beginn bekommt man viele informationen, etwa zu mülltrennung, besonderheiten am haus, muss auch nochmal einen gesonderten vertrag unterschreiben und eine kaution in bar hinterlegen. kann vielleicht etwas viel sein. ohne auto ist der aufenthalt dort allerdings kaum realisierbar, weil es fußläufig keinen supermarkt gibt und die schönen strände nur mit dem auto zu erreichen sind. an den öffentlichen nahverkehr ist die siedlung nicht angebunden. die vermieterin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. die gesonderte vertragsunterzeichnung und kautionshinterlegung hat für etwas verwirrung gesorgt.
