This enchanting structure is composed of a complex of trulli, each with an independent entrance and private courtyard. The three residential units, which have a total of two swimming pools and a heated outdoor hydromassage tub, are perfect for multiple couples or a family. Everyone will have their privacy while still sharing the living spaces together, thanks to the enormous outdoor space in which the structure is located.
The trulli, all finely furnished, together with the surrounding countryside, represent a glimpse of centuries past in this uncontaminated corner of Puglia.

Sistemazione in bellissimi trulli ristrutturati , eravamo in un gruppo di 11 persone con l'intera proprieta' a nostra disposizione. posto molto tranquillo immerso nella natura. host molto disponibile per consigli.

Ci aspettavamo che i trulli fossero attaccati e avessero le stesse configurazioni, uno aveva due camere da letto e un solo bagno senza porta sulla seconda camera e senza congelatore per il ghiaccio. l'altro aveva una camera da letto e un bagno e il terzo aveva due camere da letto e due bagni e senza stufa. il quarto trulli era in riparazione. erano tutti perfettamente puliti e venivano ogni due giorni per rinfrescarsi. l'unico problema è stato quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci e abbiamo dovuto chiamare per quanto riguarda le chiavi e perché non tutte le porte potevano essere sbloccate. quando eravamo pronti per partire una volta guadagnato nessuno è venuto a ritirare i soldi e finalmente una donna che lavora ai trulli ha potuto chiamare il proprietario e sistemare le cose. devo dire che c'è bisogno di più comunicazione e un po' di distanza dalla civiltà, ma ne abbiamo tratto il meglio e ci siamo goduti pulgia.

We expected the trulli to be attached and have the same configurations, one had two bedrooms and only one bathroom with no door to the second bedroom and no freezer for ice. the other had one bedroom and one bathroom and the third had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and no stove. the fourth trulli was under repair. they were all spotlessly clean and came every couple of days to freshen up. the only problem was when we arrived there was no one to welcome us and we had to call regarding keys and because not all doors could be unlocked. when we were ready to leave once we had earned no one came to collect the money and finally a woman who works on the trulli was able to call the owner and sort things out. I have to say there needs to be more communication and a bit of distance from civilisation, but we made the best of it and enjoyed Pulgia.

Bbeautiful trullos for a magical stay. we did day trips to alberobello, matera and polignano al mare from the location. it was a perfect spot to base ourselves to see many different towns.

Mmy friends and i had a fantastic stay at borgo sardedda. the trullis and gardens are beautiful and our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. the local cat is also super friendly. we hope to come back some time. highly recommend!

Wwonderful location, well kept trulli, refreshing pools (two to choose from!) and a sweet visiting cat to boost! we really appreciated having you help us organize a van for dinners, etc. also, check out was very easy. i do with there was a way to have a centralized kitchen instead of two smaller kitchens and one tiny one. however, it’s summer and we did most things outside! everyone was so nice and i especially loved talking with maria (i forget her full name but she came with the towels and sheets. grazie mille!

We had a great time at gianni’s trullis, lovely experience in a traditional puglia style place. very nice setting with 2 pools and also a jacuzzi spa. very reactive communications from gianni and his team, for example they installed a washing machine from a day to another as we requested it. lovely staff especially angela. the kids loved the cat too 😃. the teenagers could walk to the san marco village to play on the 5 a side pitch. close to monopoli for good beaches, also to locorotondo which is a lovely town with great views, food and cafe places. things that could be done better: a big fridge for bigger groups in the 2nd pool dinning area, an outdoor kitchen in this area for avoiding back and forth to the trullo kitchen.
