Bbella soluzione con più camere pulite e ben organizzate. il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile..unico appunto che vi invio privatamente è che l’inserzione non era chiara. c’era scritto intera proprietà, abbiamo pensato fosse una villa con più camere a nostro uso esclusivo, quindi la cosa che più ci ha creato difficoltà è stato il fatto per esempio di non avere un un’unica cucina grande da usare e un unico frigorifero accentrato, altra cosa non chiara era che una delle stanze era piuttosto lontana e dava l impressione di isolare parte del gruppo. all’inizio la cosa non ci è piaciuta molto per questo vi consiglio di rendere più chiaro che non è un un’unica villa singola è isolata,ma sono delle camere separate con una piscina in comune. lo scrivo privatamente perché in realtà a conti fatti questo non lo abbiamo accusato molto perché siete stati molto ospitali però per correttezza dovrebbe essere subito molto chiara la cosa. spero accolga i miei consigli perché rischia di trovare qualcuno che si lamenti. grazie per l’ospitalità

Ttutto perfetto, casa ottima per chi possiede un auto ed è disponibile a girare essendo abbastanza vicina ad entrambe le coste, proprietari discreti e veramente gentili pur essendo noi 12 ragazzi e ragazze veramente molto confusionari.

Location da sogno. sono 4 depandance attorno alla villa centrale dove vivono i gentilissimi proprietari. la tenuta è circondata da frutteti e orti coltivati. la zona piscina è attrezzatissima. la zona barbecue è fantastica per passarci le serate. i barbecue sono a gas. la villa è situata vicino alla superstrada pertanto in 45 minuti si raggiungono tutte le spiagge piu belle del salento sia lato ionio che adriatico. la consiglio molto a gruppi di 10 persone. le depandance sono due con due letti matrimoniali e due per 4 parsone con letto a castello e divano letto. i proprietari sono persone squisite. l'ospitalità dei proprietari perfetta. la location è bellissima. la piscina e la zona barbecue sono fantastiche. non c' era scritto sul voucher che l'ingresso avviene da villa gianna comunicato dopo dalla proprietaria. per problemi di umidita eccessiva causata dalla piogge del mese scorso abbiamo trovato i materassi con la muffa in una delle depandance. migliorare la pulizia delle attrezzature da cucina e i mobili. ribadisco che la location è fantastica e si trova in un punto perfetto per girare tutto il salento.

The villa is located near the highway so in 45 minutes you can reach all the most beautiful beaches of Salento on both the Ionian and Adriatic sides. I highly recommend it for groups of 10 people. there are two annexes with two double beds and two rooms for 4 with a bunk bed and sofa bed. the owners are lovely people. the hospitality of the owners was perfect. the location is beautiful. the pool and bbq area are great. It was not written on the voucher that entry takes place from Villa Gianna, communicated later by the owner. due to problems of excessive humidity caused by last month's rains we found the mattresses with mold in one of the outbuildings. improve the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and furniture. I reiterate that the location is fantastic and is in a perfect spot for touring the whole of Salento.

Très belle maison d’hôte (les propriétaires sont discrets mais très disponibles), les chambres sont très bien équipées et on peut profiter d’une magnifique piscine! très bien bien situé pour se promener dans cette belle région du salento!
