Diese sehr große haus liegt direkt am meer in einer kleinen siedlung, riesiger privater pool und garten. das haus ist sehr wertig, das alter kennt man ihm bereits an, aber es funktioniert alles. der vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar

Potenziale enorme! bellissimi volumi e un bellissimo giardino. ma c'è molto lavoro, soprattutto elettrico, per portarla a norma, potrebbe mantenere il suo fascino d'altri tempi... la piscina non ha molto fascino data la sua posizione e avrebbe anche bisogno di una ristrutturazione. molto tranquillo se ti piace la compagnia del cane del vicino, come è il nostro caso!
