Villa Sunrise Palm

Wir hatte eine schöne zeit in der unterkunft. lucia ist freundlich und stets per handy schnell erreichbar gewesen. leider war in der anzeige aber nicht zu erkennen, dass es sich nicht um ein großes haus handelt. stattdessen waren wir auf drei unterkünfte aufgeteilt, allerdings auf einem wunderschönen grundstück mit einem tollen blick auf stadt und meer. letzendlich war es trotzdem möglich, mit 14 leuten zu kochen und gemeinsam zu essen, man muss halt zwischen den häusern hin und her laufen. das empfanden wir nicht als störend. auch grillen war super gut möglich. lucia wohnt auch mitten auf dem grundstück, wir hatten aber trotzdem unsere privatsphäre und konnten tagsüber sowie nachts laut musik hören. der pool hat eine tolle aussicht, wurde sehr sauber gehalten und ist groß genug, um mit 14 menschen dort zu chillen. außerdem finde ich erwähnenswert, dass wir die unterkünfte als nicht besonders sauber empfunden haben, und die einrichtung im mäßigen zustand ist, dass das eine wlan die ganze woche nicht funktioniert hatte und gegen mitte der woche das wasser meistens kalt war. die kaution mussten wir in bar zahlen, und haben sie vollständig und unbürokratisch zurück bekommen, trotz der tatsache, dass ein paar gläser zu schaden gekommen sind. da ist uns lucia also sehr entgegen gekommen :) alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbare urlaub, nicht zu letzt wegen des tollen ausblicks vom gesamten grundstück, und einem zuverlässig traumhaften sonennuntergang

We had a lovely time in the accommodation. Lucia was friendly and always easy to reach via cell phone. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear in the ad that it wasn't a large house. Instead, we were divided into three accommodations, but on a beautiful property with a great view of the city and the sea. In the end it was still possible to cook and eat together with 14 people, you just have to walk back and forth between the houses. We didn't find that disturbing. Grilling was also possible. Lucia also lives in the middle of the property, but we still had our privacy and could listen to loud music during the day and at night. The pool has a great view, was kept very clean and is big enough for 14 people to chill out there. I also think it's worth mentioning that we didn't find the accommodations to be particularly clean, and the furnishings were in poor condition, that one WiFi didn't work all week and the water was mostly cold towards the middle of the week. We had to pay the deposit in cash and got it back in full and unbureaucratically, despite the fact that a few glasses were damaged. Lucia was very accommodating to us :) All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, not least because of the great view from the entire property and a reliably fantastic sunset
