The common area includes a large living room with sofas and a splendid fireplace, a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and large fridge.
The characteristic central cloister, which recalls the ancient courts of Salento, is surrounded by various lounge areas. There is a spacious porch with a large table and chairs, a gazebo with a ping pong table, and a brick barbecue and wood-burning oven.
In the large area surrounding the villa, guests will be able to enjoy relaxing walks among the olive groves.
Masseria Le Giare is located just two km from the first town, Carpignano Salentino, where there are several traditional restaurants and all the basic services, while the beautiful beaches of Otranto and Laghi Alimini can be reached in ten minutes by car.
