Villa Perla del Mare looks like a large lamia, one of the oldest forms of rural building in Puglia. It measures approximately 200 m2 and offers 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which has a French bed and an independent entrance from an external staircase.
Every detail is designed to make the stay in this splendid Apulian residence unique, such as the large kitchen, much appreciated by previous guests for its extreme functionality and next generation accessories and appliances.
The strong point of the villa remains the enormous outdoor space set on a hectare of completely private land enriched by beautiful and lush centuries-old olive trees. Thankfully, this area was totally spared from the terrible Xylella that hit the treasured olive trees of Puglia. Around the splendid private infinity pool there are various lounge areas, including two large furnished pergolas. There is a cooking area with a wood-burning oven, barbecue, sink, mobile induction hob and large worktop, and an iron brazier for lighting fires.
Villa Perla del Mare is located in a central and strategic position a few kilometers from the major tourist and culinary attractions of Puglia. It is 6 km from Ostuni and 2 km from Carovigno,
and just 10 km away there are also the magnificent beaches of the Adriatic coast such as the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve.
